Maison Kayser has been founded in 1996 with its first bakery in rue Monge, Paris, France. Since then, the founder Eric Kayser and his team of artisan bakers have been respecting tradition and enriching their creations by offering handmade, natural breads as well as Danish, pastries, cakes & French bistrot dishes in over 22 countries around the world.

The name “Tourte de Meule” is due to the special stone ground flour (“meule”) it is made of.
Made of stone ground flour and hard leaven.
Shaped in a large round loaf, this sourdough bread leaves a fresh sensation, subtle honey flavor and a strong yet pleasant taste.
Ideal for savory tartine and with milder dishes (meat, fish, salad).
